Welcome to Moe's! This is by far my favorite place to grab a quick burrito or a bowl. I like it much better than their competition - it tastes fresher to me, and the rice is always cooked through.
Recommend getting the homewrecker - it comes with guac and sour cream and your choice of proteins and veggies. They also have free chips and a salsa bar.
::Tip:: make sure you have them add some chipotle ranch to whatever you order :) -

Picking up orders for two customers about 5 mins ago and this lady gets nasty with me for no reason. Saying " do your job". I did lady! She ask me " who you picking up for?" I said " two people and gave their names and even showed the lady on the phone through food delivery app" I said the names of the customers three times. This lady needs a lesson in customer service. This happened Sunday @2:20 pm 7/28/2019....

Welcome to Moe's is what I hear every time I walk in the door. One thing they get right at Moe's is there service has usually been pretty good over the years I have been there customer.
The positives to Moe's are many. They have friendly employees; they have good locations that are easy to get in and out of; they do a good job of keeping their dining rooms and restrooms clean; they make your food to order, and they give you free chips and salsa.
The negatives are few but noticably frustrating. They change their menu as frequently as Applebees. As long as they keep what you like in their offerings you might not notice, but when they rotate out your favorite you might take it personally. I do think the food quality varies from store to store and within the same store.
After taking a few months off I returned to Moes to see if it was time to add them back into my dining rotation. I tried the three amigos, their version of three tacos. I thought the flavor was there, but I was disappointed that I thought the chicken and pork were not hot. I had them hold the cheese, but I do like their pickled onions and tortillas. While it was later in the evening when I stopped I don't quite get why the protein was luke warm instead of hot or even warm (it is held on a warmer table.)
This trip had good service and a not so good finished product. I will come back but I wish they had the consistency that they did the first year they were in Columbus when it was as much about the food as it is the service. -

Delicious food! It was my first time visiting even though I've been driving by for the past 5 years. The line was short and the staff was very helpful in describing all of the items I can choose from. They were very quick with the whole process and friendly. My bowl was delicious, I asked for extra lettuce to make it into a salad/bowl with rice. The pork carnitas were on the daily special so I paid less than the menu price! Thanks for a great experience!!

I really try to avoid chain restaurants. A lot of them serve really uninspiring food. The price may be good, but the food is not worth it at any price. It's why I kept my expectations in check for my visit to Moe's. The results were a little better than expected so at least it wasn't a total regret coming here.
Moe's previously was in the Columbus market, and left after a few years. They were done in by the overabundance of cheap, thoughtless Mexican fast food. It has come back to try again. It's in prime location to serve college students. They like cheap food so it makes sense to open here. It has burritos and tacos. These are usually about $7 to $8. I find their gimmicks to be annoying. There's the "welcome to Moe's" as soon as you walk in. There's also the names on the menu. A lot of it is Seinfeld references like the "Art Vandelay." The college students likely have no idea what it means. It's pretty good food for the price. They will do when a cheap Mexican craving strikes.
I will come here again. It's not what I call Mexican, but it's better than some places. They will stick around Columbus a while longer this time.
